Shipping & Returns -----for all dog dens, feeders and wooden dog houses
Our goal is to provide a high quality product through superior workmanship. We offer a 30 day return policy for products that are defective or damaged during shipping. If a product needs to be returned due to a defect, simply contact us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will issues a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, you simply ship it back. All noon warranty returns will include a full refund less shipping and handling charges.

We do ship to Canada on a quote per order basis, most of the Dog Dens runs around $65.00-$75-00 per crate
Return Policy for all other Products:
Returns must be accompanied by a RMA number and made within 7days of receipt of shipment. Any returns received after 7 days will receive a store credit only. No return and refund after 14 days of receipt of shipment. Returns without prior authorization / RMA number will not be accepted and refunded.
RMA Number No returns will be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Email to email@example.com for RMA number
Merchandise Conditions All Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, and must have all tags attached.
Damaged by shipping If an item is damaged through shipping, we will gladly replace it provided you furnish us with information from the carrier documenting the damage. Simply send back the damaged merchandise, along with the documentation from the carrier and we will send you the same merchandise back at no extra charge as quickly as possible.
Reshipping, Cancelled orders and Refused Orders All refused/returned orders will result in a 25% restocking charge, plus shipping cost that were incurred (shipping charges are not refundable).
Shipping Charge: There is No refund shipping charge.
-Include the original Invoice or Packing slip.
-Include the RMA#, must be visible on the shipping box. Please do not write -onto the merchandise packaging.
-Wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping container or one similar and tape closed.
-For your protection, we recommend that you get a receipt from shipper/mailer and insure your package for the amount of the value.
-Follow the Return Procedures. (see above)
-Merchandise Conditions must be in the same condition as received.
Merchandise returns must be accompanied by a copy of the Invoice or packaging slip and RMA number and received by the warehouse within 7 days after you received the merchandise. Failure to do so, the return will not be processed.
